FAQs

Will you get in the way? We make it a point to be as unobtrusive as possible. We want you to enjoy your wedding day and hopefully forget that we are even there! We use zoom lenses during the ceremony to avoid getting in the way of guests and try to be as discreet as possible throughout the entire day.   

Do you travel?  Absolutely! We are based out of Cooperstown, NY and include travel within 1.5 hours of us. If you are outside of our covered range just let us know the time and place and we can get you a custom quote!

Can we choose our own music? All of the music we use needs to be fully licensed, so we have a limited selection of songs to choose from. We spend hours looking through the database to find music that we think fits each wedding best.  If you would like to play a part in choosing your music, let us know! We can show you the sites we license music from and you are more than welcome to give us some suggestions! 

How much do your wedding films cost? Our films start at $3,300+tax.  Shoot us an email and we will send along a pricing guide to you! 

How long does it take to receive our finished film? You can expect your finished films approximately 4 months after your wedding date.

Can I order additional edits or copies after the wedding? Definitely! We keep all footage for at least a year and can make additional edits, USB copies, etc.

How do we reserve our date? When you decide you would like to book your date we will send over your package details along with a contract for you to sign.  Once we receive the signed contract and a 50% retainer, your date will be officially booked!
